Dr. Paul SchemppDr. Paul Schempp has dedicated his professional life to helping people reach their full potential through award-winning research, testing what it takes to achieve greatness. At the University of Georgia, where Paul is a professor and the Director of the Sports Instruction Research Laboratory, he has spent more than two decades studying the characteristics and development of expertise and human performance. From his research with elite coaches and athletes, Paul has developed programs for the business world that help leaders become business champions. Often called “The Coaches’ Coach,” Paul is a consultant to coaches in the NBA, the Olympics, and the PGA on player development and mental training. He also coaches several champions on the PGA golf tour. In addition to speaking engagements and retreats in business and industry, Paul has designed performance programs for the Swedish Golf Federation and Chinese Taipei Olympic teams by applying research to practice. He is the author of six books including the award-winning, 5 Steps to Expert: How to Go from Business Novice to Elite Performer. He has served as a Senior Fulbright Research Scholar at the University of Frankfurt (Germany) as well as a visiting professor at the Nanyang Technical University in Singapore. For the positive influence he makes in the lives of students, the University of Georgia honored him with both the Excellence in Teaching and Student Career Development awards. The United States Military Academy at West Point awarded him a Certificate of Appreciation for his mentorship of Army officers on assignment to the faculty at West Point. |

Specializing in high-grade pacific northwest softwoods and Doug Fir Structural timbers working directly with the largest custom cutter in North American. Chelsea has now been in the Lumber industry for 12 years. Chelsea’s long-term focus is to be the first female president of Patrick Lumber Company. Chelsea serves as a co-chairman of the NAWLA Education Committee and was selected to be in the inaugural YELP class of 2020. In her free time Chelsea enjoys staying active, traveling, good wine and quality time with her family and friends. |

He oversees the IT department and leads operational initiatives aimed at improving current branch processes. Prior to this role, he was Business Manager of the Sacramento branch from September 2016 to March 2018, and Business Manager of the Salt Lake branch from May 2014 to September 2016. He joined Capital in May 2013 as an intern in the Accounting department.
