Navigating the Traders Market Venues

If you'd like to get better acquainted with how close each of the hotels are to the Kentucky International Convention Center, here are some guidelines for each:

  • Omni Louisville Hotel (HQ): Located close to the convention center, 2 minute walk
  • Louisville Marriott Downtown: Located in the heart of the city and connected to the convention center and 4th street
  • Hyatt Regency Louisville: Located adjacent and connected by skywalk to the convention center and 4th street

Also, you can view the preliminary convention center floorplan for the tradeshow here.

House Scam Warning: Unauthorized Housing Companies Contacting Exhibitors and Attendees

It has come to our attention that unauthorized housing companies have been contacting NAWLA exhibitors and attendees and identifying themselves as being affiliated with NAWLA.

NAWLA has no affiliation with these organizations and in no way endorses their services. In fact, we have had reports from other groups that many of these companies are scamming attendees by tacking on undisclosed service charges, failing to make paid for reservations and other questionable business practices.

Please note that NAWLA does not provide them with any contact information.

If you receive a phone call or email from any company travel service inquiring about your housing for the Traders Market, please do not respond.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Please review the cancellation policy of the hotel you choose to book at, as they vary. Typically, cancellations are allowed prior to 48 hours of your check in. After that, one night’s stay may be charged to your card. Please reach out to the hotel directly if you have any questions.
