Member Registration Rate
Early registration rate (through October 6):
- $249 per individual
- $199 per individual for organizations that register 10 or more attendees*
Regular registration rate (starting October 7):
- $299 per individual
- $249 per individual for organizations that register 10 or more attendees*
Sales Advantage (October 26): $500 per individual
*Group registrants must be from the same company and registered within the same transaction. Please contact email@example.com if you have questions about the group-rate policy.
Please note that during the shelter-in-place order currently in effect in Chicago, the NAWLA Headquarters office is not able to receive checks to the main office. If you are paying for your registration via check, please send it to the NAWLA lockbox at 8606 Solution Center, Chicago, IL 60677-8006.
Fees are subject to change. Please note, you must be an employee of a current NAWLA member organization to register for NAWLA Exchange.
All NAWLA Exchange registrants must be employed by a wholesaler, manufacturer or service affiliate company that is a current NAWLA member. As an organization that advocates for and supports the unique value and role of a wholesaler in that supply chain, NAWLA determined that this policy was critical for ensuring consistency with those objectives.

Registration Cancellation Policy
A $100 cancellation fee will be charged for all NAWLA Exchange registration cancellations received on or before Wednesday, September 30, 2020. A $100 cancellation fee will be charged for all Sales Advantage registration cancellations received on or before Wednesday, September 30, 2020. Regrettably, no refunds will be provided for cancellations received on or after Thursday, October 1, 2020. After Thursday, October 1, only name substitutions will be accepted. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. Written cancellations must be sent via email to email@example.com.
